Withstands freezing temperatures and extreme heat. Do not use directly on oven rack to prevent discolouration. Do not use sharp utensils or knives on baking mat surface. Easy-to-clean, simply wipe down using hot water and dish soap, shake off excess water and hang or lay flat on an even surface to dry. Lay flat or roll to store.
